Inspire 1 Pro ReviewThe Inspire 1 Pro is a really awesome product, DJI is a Chinese technology company founded in 2006 it manufactures commercial and recreational drones for aerial photography and video. The newest product is the Inspire 1 Pro drone which gives you everything you need for aerial film making and its integrated into a sophisticated turnkey system, it's advanced, ready to fly design is lightweight, flexible and this drone will have your scouring the skies within minutes. It is a completely new quadcopter not just an upgrade from the Phantom 3 drone line up.
The Inspire 1 Pro comes in at a weight of 2.9 kg with the battery included, its 6000 milliamp battery will give you a maximum flight time of 18 minutes. The camera supports 4k video recording capability and 12 mp still photos. The operating temperature of the Inspire 1 Pro is 14 F to 104 Fahrenheit. The Inspire 1 pro is a vast improvement over some of the older Phantom drones.
The Inspire 1 pro camera as I mentioned earlier supports 4k video recording capability both full 4k and 24, 25fps as well ultra HD 4k in 24, 25 and 30fps. This is the first dedicated flight camera with 4K capability, it can also record 1080p and 720p video and up to 60 frames per second and the camera lens gives you a 94-degree film view. The camera gimbal on the Inspire 1 pro is a 3 axis system with a full 360-degree pan range allowing the camera to hold a more or less fixed angle on the subject no matter what the quadcopter does.
The Inspire 1 pro is IOS and Android supported meaning you can control the drone with your mobile device, you just connect your IPad mini or other mobile devices into the remote control. The Inspire 1 Pro remote control looks fairly basic but they have integrated FPV streaming set up within them, enabling you to see exactly what the camera is seeing, full 720 HD video is streamed to your mobile device, just not the 4K that you're filming in. The video signal can stream up to 2000 meters or 1 and a quarter miles away.
The Inspire 1 pro also allows you to see the altitude which you are flying in, how much Battery life remaining as well a map feature to assist you while operating. You have photography controls behind the remote control, it also has HDMI and USB ports you can connect to or you can connect the HDMI cable to a TV or larger screen. The set up of the Inspire 1 Pro is quite simple, you basically connect the propellers and your ready to start flying. This drone is extremely easy to fly, way easier than you might think, DJI have made this drone very user-friendly and it is basically ready to use straight out of the box and come with everything you would need.
Watching the Inspire 1 pro take off and land is exciting as its transforms mid-flight with the legs folding up after take off to allow you to shoot 360-degree uninstructed video. The 4k video on the Inspire 1 Pro is better that the GoPro Camera but it doesn't have a fisheye angle. When in flight this drone feels extremely stable even with high altitude and strong winds. The Inspire 1 pro has many features like the Go Home were when the battery is low or you fly out the range the drone automatically comes back to the home point which means no crashing. The aerodynamic frame on the Inspire one Pro allows for better performance and increased battery life. This drone is a very modern design and if you are into Advance photography or have the money to buy a cool toy, I would definitively recommend buying it.
